ultravnc server uses more CPU time (When idle) than any....

ultravnc server uses more cputime when idle than any other application on my computer, it uses more than system for gods sake!

This is windows 7 64 bit and im running server 1.0.9.6.2 and this happens while the server is idle and no connections.

If I look at taskmanager, i see 5-10% cpu usage every few seconds or so...

Is this a known bug?
