Need an expierenced VNC coders help!

Post by Ian »

I use ultravnc to work on computers within my community. Its great for all of my directly connected clients. However, many still use dial-up. Which requires me to sit on my PC and wait for them to connect. I was wondering is there some way for me to store commands I want the PC to perform when it connects? So that whenever the dialup user gets online, VNC will look at the buffered commands, and thus, execute them? Also, is there any way I could perform a mass function. As I said, I use this to help people all over my town. Often I find myself doing repeatative actions on a PC. So I was wondering is there some way to send a set of commands to a group of IP's. Example:
launch www.website.com on these machines:
127.0.0.1
127.0.0.2
12.56.1.3
13.5.83.3
Thanks alot for your help! Any information is greatly appreciated![/b]

Check out PStools (www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/pstools.shtml) or cli methods to connect to your clients.

Don't forget about security. If they get hacked because of your support methods....
