I would like to help some of friends with ultravnc, I would like to
know if it possible to install ultranvc server in silencious mode and
it to connect to my pc. so, my friends who do not understand anything
in computer can be helped easily.

installation
I have had no trouble helping people with little computer experience to install VNC. I append my notes (they work for me as I know the procedure and talk people through it; the notes may need tweaking for general use). My standard installation is server only, not as service, no desktop or quick launch icons. I use a standard password (not disclosed!); users usually connect to me by my running the viewer in listening mode, and they connect to me using "Add New Client" -- no password entered, and they don't have to fiddle with their firewall; I have to open or forward ports 5500 (listen), 5900 (VNC) and, optionally, 5800 (java).
The layout is rather messed up; the Your response column is to the right of the page; the Display column sometims has several lines for one line in the response.
To install UltraVNC
===================
(You only do this once.) Installation is very simple. There are
lots of steps, but they mostly involve just clicking on "Next".
You need to have the installation file. If you have received it
as an email attachment, you can either save it in, say, "My
Documents", or open it directly from the email system by
double-clicking it [You may be warned that this type of file may
be dangerous; ignore this.] Alternatively, you may download it
from the Web site http://ultravnc.sourceforge.net/, file described
as Ultr@VNC Self Installer; again, you can either save it in
"My Documents", or open it directly.
If you have saved the file in "My Documents", the file name will
start with "ultravnc" and end with ".exe". Double-click on it to
install UltrVNC. [Once you have finished installing, you can
delete both the email and the "ultravnc...exe file].
Installation is straightforward.There are a few places where you
need to specify options, marked below with (*). In detail:
Display Your response
------- -------------
Select Language ..... English
Welcome to VNC etc. ..... Next
Licence agreement ..... Accept, Next
Release notes ..... Next
Select destination directory (and a directory ..... Next
name will be displayed; we will accept it)
Select components. (*) Tick the "server" box ..... Next
Do not tick the "Viewer" box
Select Start Menu folder (accept the default name ..... Next
Select additional tasks. (*) Untick all boxes ..... Next
(Tasks not selected are register as service; start service; create desktop icons for server and viewer)
Ready to install ..... Install
(You may be offered the "Properties" screen; enter <password> as the password, then Apply, OK)
Information ..... Next
Final screen (leave "Install Hook Driver" ticked) ..... Finish
If you weren't offered the "Properties" screen during setup it will be offered later, enter <password> as the password, then Apply, OK
That's all.

Just have them download and install ultra into the default folder.
The server icon should now be on the desktop.
Have them double click it, the first time the properties box should come up.
Have them enter a password, click apply and ok.
Server icon should be waiting in the tray, have them right click on it and select add new client.
enter your ip address (assuming you have port 5500 forwarded to your ip)
and you should get the desktop of your friend 
Read up on the MSRC4 Plugin if you want the session encrypted.
The server icon should now be on the desktop.
Have them double click it, the first time the properties box should come up.
Have them enter a password, click apply and ok.
Server icon should be waiting in the tray, have them right click on it and select add new client.

You generally don't want the viewer installed (it's just an extra icon to confuse someone who doesn't want it). And you particularly want to control if it's run as a service -- this is a security risk if it's not needed. This comment is the reason for my posting -- the other points are less important.
As people only use it after arranging a connection, I prefer not to have an icon if connections are infrequent, but to use Start / UltraVNC / Run UltraVNC server).
