Nevermind, I had an older .exe version that wasn't updated.

Currently whenever I connect immediately to my ultravnc server through my desktop shortcut, I get a high cpu usage when I try to shutdown the connection. Also looking at my processes I noticed that vncviewer.exe never closes.
When I connect/disconnect manually (programs/ultravnc/run viewer) I do not have the cpu problem.
