Hello,
We have Ultra VNC and we try to connect to users both via the web and the viewer but the success rate is not good at all. We have been able to connect a few times but 8 or 9 times out of 10 it will not connect with the other PC, what could we be doing wrong???

Windows 2000 / XP
Behind firewall but we do connect every now and then so I don't this it is this!
Ultra VNC version UltraVNC-100-RC11b
(Some older versions also a mix but problem happens with all!)
It just say's it is unable to connect when trying.
Anymore infor Please let me know.

Network Connectivity
If yore firewall is heavily utilized or there is any device that is disrupting the traffic flow this could cause your problem.
Try testing from inside to determine if there is a connectivity problem.
Otherwise you may have to get someone that knows how to do a packet capture and have them analyze the issue.
