UVNC extraemly slow - again..

Dear Masters,

So..we have 150 computer in 30 account with one central office.
The central office bandwitch is 4MB. The account bandwitch is 0,5MB. On clients we use XP and W7 prof 32b;

We like to use UVNC to remote support. We created a UVNC SC file with 3 computer who will give the remote support. And than we installed the vncviewer to this 3 machine. The UVNC SC file was published to clients, and run with admin rights (using cpau).

We have two problems to use uvcn well:

- the speed is extraemly slow. when i click on the connected machine than need to almost one minute to show the changes on screen. But the clients saw the changes immediately. how can i speed this?
- the second problem, if i click to something which need rights, than the connection close. User see on his machine the user/passwrod prompt, but i cant type 'coz connection closed.
