The transfer of the contents of the clipboard not works

I'm using the latest version of UltraVNC.

I noticed that if I start in background a virtual machine of VMware Workstation 8.x and I control it with the VNC viewer, the transfer of the contents of the Windows clipboard from the virtual machine to physical machine (and vice versa) not works. Why?

It sounds like you're saying that you have a single physical computer running a VMWare VM. You then connect a VNC Viewer from the physical computer to the VMWare VM, and clipboard functions are not working between them. Correct?

I don't have much direct help to offer as I don't use VMWare, but I was just trying to clear up the situation specifics should someone with the necessary knowledge come across this thread. It's probably also worth noting the OS of the physical machine and the OS of the virtual machine.

You understood the problem perfectly. The physical and virtual machine have Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate 64-bit.
