difference winvnc & ultravnc settings

What is the difference between winvnc & ultravnc settings? (take a look at the screenshot)

I just installed the UltraVNC server and just want to use it as server.

If I enter the server password in the ultravnc settings, I can't connect to the server from a client.
If I enter it in the WinVNC it is working.

For what purpose is the UltraVNC settings?
