How? Load UVNC server at startup on XP

Hello.

I have version 1.0.8.2 (?) server setup on a XP machine for a while now. I use it so that my laptop can tie into that computer.

It used to load upon startup. Now, it does not. It does not show in msconfig Startup either. I think it was changed when I ran a PC optimizer type of a program to speed up that PC.

How can I get it back to load at startup?
