Ctrl+Alt+Del issue while on XP

I'm run UltraVNC on an XP system. When I try to connect to a Win 7 system I run into a CAD issue. The solution I found works on a Win 7 to Win 7 VNC connection but I cannot find a solution for an XP to Win 7 connection. Any help would be much appreciated.
