Freezing Losing Connection

I'm constantly losing connection and/or having Ultra VNC just stall. Sometimes it will come back after a minute or 5 minutes. It's like it loses connection all the time.

It happens to hundreds of different sites and/or PC's. Is there some default settings that I need to change this too, do I have this setup wrong?

Where would I find the default settings and correct procedure to set all this up to double check on my side what I have going on.
