Chunk VNC - recording and activity log

I work in a company where Chunk VNC is installed on all workers' computers. During breaks, I sometimes use my personal email and my personal files - which is allowed in the company.
I am concerned about privacy issues - I am aware that there are various VNC plugins extending its abilities, so I'm wondering:
1) Is it possible to record what is going on on the desktop?
2) Could it write a log of my activities while offline?
3) Could the client user read what I write in my private journal (I keep it in my flash drive)? Are there keylogger plugins? (there is no separate keylogger as far as I know, I checked)
4) Could the client user check what operations on what files I do?
5) Is there a way to temporarily shut down VNC while doing my own stuff, or somehow bypass it?
I don't care much for online activity, more for what I do and write in my files and my emails.

Is there any free keylogger? I have not found any yet. I was looking for the free keylogger. Now I am using a paid version Micro Keylogger. It's working smoothly with every facility that I need in keylogger - it's undetectable, runs secretly and keeps track every activity by the users, but I don't want to pay so much money for it.
