How to disable clipboard "enable automatic synchronization"?

Is there a command line or configfile option to disable the clipboard "enable automatic synchronization" feature.

is this also available on the server side ? We don't want users to be able to edit client side configurations.

not possible...
A user always can open a notepad and edit what he want when he has desktop access.... he doesn't need clipboard access for it.

You can disable filetransfer, not the clipbaord sync
