I haven't seen any options or way to send ALT + SHIFT commands.
I've installed some software on 11 PCs that runs hidden, and I need to bring up by using ALT + SHIFT + S and can't do this without having to walk out to the machine, or having someone do it for me.

Sending ALT + SHIFT
Re: Sending ALT + SHIFT
Try turning on Scroll Lock such that all local keystrokes are sent to the remote computer instead of processed locally.
