Issue with 1.2.0.1 Silent installer

When I use the silent install with an inf file after the software is installed silently the installer opens a webpage to the ultra vnc homepage. I have tried recreating the inf file, double checked the parameters I am using, but I can see no way to stop it from opening a webpage. This makes the silent installer not so very silent. If I install the software directly it never opens the webpage. Anyone else seeing this? This is with the x86 and x64
