I used PC Helpware for years and was thrilled to see v2 with support for Win 7/8. I like the interface but can't get it to work. When I run the single click app created with the PCHelpWare V2 Viewer's "Create SC" wizard:
* The single click app says "waiting remote answer"
* I right click the computer in PcHelpWare V2 Viewer and click "Setup P2P"
* The single click app says "Initializing Connection"
* The PcHelpWare V2 Viewer icon changes to two green monitors alternating light green screens
* The single click app says "Connection Closed"
The viewer and server are on two different computers on the same network. Are there log files somewhere? Any suggestions?
