Doesn't the viewer startup dialog have the dropdown to select a screen ( near the bottom).
1.1.8 is a time ago but i thank it already has it.
Select screen and save as default.
Else try the 1.2.1.0 viewer, it save the last used position. It should be backward compatible ( but not tested).
You can download the bin zip and extract the exe for testing
