What is "rdpmode"?

Post by Zane »

I just upgraded to 1.2.1.0 and now I see this "rdpmode" option: what's supposed to do?

Thanks!

I found a partial answer here:
RDPmode: Normal vnc connect to the console, when rdp mode is enable, you get a preconnect screen that allow to select the console or active RDP session to clone.
Still, it's not too clear to me what's this should be used for...?

Suppose your server is a rdp server then you have
#console
#user 1
#user 2

Using RDPmode ON, you get a list of possible connections as preconnect window.
a) console
b) session x, user 1
c) session y, user 2

You can select if you want to clone the console or an active rdp session.
