tested on:
Windows 7 with UltraVNC v1.1.9.0 x64
Windows 8.1 with UltraVNC v1.2.0.9 x64
Windows 10 with UltraVNC v1.2.4.0 x64
if I take a screenshot (prtscn or alt-prtscn) while a UltraVNC client is running (on the same system) with Clipboard > Enable Automatic Synchronization turned on, and paste it into Paint...
the screenshot is shifted and wrapped (corrupted). the shift is always 3px to the off the right, which then wraps onto the left side.
the wrapped portion is also shifted, 1px up...
leaving this 3x1 region in the bottom left corner.
if I turn the client's synchronization off...
screenshots paste as they should.
relatedly, once I have turned Enable Automatic Synchronization off, turning it back on again does not work. I have to quit and reconnect my client to regain that functionality.

Re: Screenshot Corruption
These days I'm running Windows 10 with UltraVNC v1.2.4.0 x64 (server and client), and I still have this bug.
