If I try to download the All Bin, 1300 Repeater and SecurePlugin Bin, all downloads are 1k in size, likely broken downloads.

What page did you used to download them ?

I am seeing the same thing when trying to download the ZIP packages from the downloads page here: http://www.uvnc.com/downloads/ultravnc/ ... -1211.html. If I download the Installers, it is fine. It is only the BIN ZIP files that are doing this. I have tried with Chrome and Firefox for browsers.
