Windows 10 Login Screen

Post by sandcore »

Hello,

i use the newest version (1.2.1.6) of UltraVnc on server (Win 10) and client (Win 7) side.
Usually I would expect to see the screen of the server when I'm connected. But the only thing I see is the Windows 10 Login Screen.
Therefore its not possible that I see the actions of the user using the server.

Is this behaviour new and is it wanted? Now ultravnc is working like the windows remote desktop.

Thank you very much for your help

I guess the following

VNC is installed as service -> vnc clone the console, user run in a rdp session.

If you are running 1.2.1.6 you have a vnc server option [_]RDP mode. ( vnc server property page)
If you activate this, vnc first show a list of the active sessions, let you select one, before a connection is made.
