Viewer window is invisible

Hello,
I've updated ultravnc to 1.2.2.3 on both my computers (win7 x64) but I still have an issue with the viewer I had for a long time with previous versions (I've been using realvnc viewer instead but it's limited - no file transfer, dual screen...).
The viewer starts and asks for a password, then everyone looks fine except no window appears.
But:
- the viewer bar appears in the taskbar, and when I hover it with my mouse cursor, I can see the thumbnail for my server screen (and the thumbnail is updated when I switch windows on the server)
- the client is listed on the server and the icon switchs to yellow (and my desktop image is removed)
So it just looks like the connection is fine, but the viewer window is invisible.

Any idea how I could fix this?

This is a strange issue. Why does it happen on your pc and not on other, Played with multiple monitors in the past ?
It look like the location of the viewer is out of the screen boundings...

-Try viewer [delete saved settings], this clear some saved configs
-If you have multiple options to select a display, select the visable one.(viewer dropdown list near to the config button).

Thanks, [delete saved settings] fixed it!
Yes I plugged in secondary monitors many times in this laptop, but the switch screen shortcut (Windows+Shift+L/R Arrow) was not working with the invisible window
