Error Message Installing

Hi All,

Trying to upgrade my laptop from RC 11d to RC 18. Just before the installation is complete, I get the following error message: "Unable to
execute File: http://dl.ultravnc.net ShellExecute Failed Code C"

Running 98 ME.

Any clues????

The installer try to open a link to the driver webpage...via
a shellexecute..

You don't need the driver for 9.x

Need to disabled it in the installer if 9.x
