Is it possible to use tab in the java web viewer applet?

Post by jim-j »

I've experienced the same problem with all the different viersions of both UltraVNC and TightVNC, so I don't think this is possible, but it can't hurt to ask. I can connect and use the java web viewer and everything works fine, except for the TAB key. Whenever I hit tab the focus changes to the vnc buttons at the top of the applet. Is there any way to pass the tab key though the java viewer to the remote desktop?

Thanks,
Jim

After futher testing it appears that the tab works in IE. It's only in Firefox (my browser of choice) where the tab key doesn't work properly. Any ideas?
