RC18 download section contain the sources for
RC18 and TEST19_5

cvs_date_.zip
(Full copy of cvs from that date)

You always can download the latest sources using wincvs.
Sources are still developped extensive, if you make custom changes, you realy should use wincvs. Wincvs can auto merge
your custom code with the new changes, else you need to port all again in the new source....every few days :)

At the http://ultravnc.sourceforge.net/download.htm I can see the following:
v1.0.0 RC18 (Stable)
  • Ultr@VNC v1.0.0 RC 18 - Self Installer
    Ultr@VNC v1.0.0 RC18 - Binaries Zip
Additional Video Driver for RC18 (W2000, XP)
Mirror Site: Video Driver for RC18 (W2000, XP)
Where are the sources?

Which settings I should use to access using WinCVS?

PS. When I try to go to Cvs at the site I got:
Bad Gateway
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

Thanks.
