We have no problem with useing the ultra vnc with regular viewer and server. We can even connect together with the http:5800.
The problem we are haveing is, and we have done it before but don't remember how, is connecting useing the viewer listing mode. Seems like before one client brought up the viewer in listing mode and the othere brought up the server and added a client. This is where we get lost. When we bring up the add client we don't remember if client name is simply his wan ip or do we add something else. We were using the listening mode for the high security so the invite me in and was hoping you all can lead me in the right direction.

Let's say the computer's IP is 10.10.10.10, then you would just enter 10.10.10.10:5500 into the host name category. This also works with the computer name:

computername:5500

Have you considered using the DSM plugin instead of allowing a connection only if they invite you?

Thanks for the reply and help that did it. Now I remember that is what to do. I have a client that has a very secure cisco router and the only way for me to help is for them to invite me and it works.
