What can i do to make PCHelpware as fast as possible?

Post by Offerlam »

Hi all..

So i was hoping for some inputs on how to make get as little delay as possible using PChelpware...

I have some clients with some very bad upload speeds and was hoping someone could give me a clue to make PChelpware use as little bandwith as possible and still be able to offer remote assistance.

Allso i have a nagging susspions that PChelpware is slower and have more delay then other remote support apps like Isle light and citrix Go2Assit or at least is more sensative to bad up/downloads speeds then the other two, but nothing i can prove. There have just been some cases and some of my collegues are complaning about it and saying its not the line but PChelpware...

Any inputs anyone?

Have you tried those quality other than High (at left-bottom of Viewer), such that:

Mid == sending 256 color
Low == send B/W

If the network speed is bad, and your remote job not requiring watching color image, "Low" should be much help.
