Windows 7 UAC makes PChelpware Viewer crash

I use PChelpware Viewer on XP Pro XP3 and I can succesfully connect to a Windows 7, but when a UAC window display it sometimes crashes the PCHelpware Viewer. Therefore I have to get the user to reconnect.

I have tried using the High, Medium, Low Quality Settings, Disable DirectX and AutoReconnect with no luck.

Does anyone else get this?

No issues with Vista UAC and Windows 7 work fine until UAC.

Is there any beta updates to resovle this issue or is PCHelpWare no longer been developed?

I am just confirming that I also have this same problem. PcHelpWare also crashes for me when a Windows 7 UAC window appears on the remote system.

I am using the PcHelpWare Viewer on a Windows 7 64-bit SP1 system.

I know... it require some update but still fixing 1096 probs.
It was made before the new Vista stuff...

Good news I found the fix at Re: Workaround: Disable UAC requests temporary it works a treat, no more issue with Windows 7 or Windows Vista.
