Java Viewer via Repeater via external Ports 80 and 443?

Post by volkernuernberg »

Hi,

the aim is to get connected from a restricted Internet PC having only ports 80 and 443 open. In the target Internet router these both ports can be forwarded to any other ports on my VNC server. The VNC server has a repeater running to access all PCs in Network.
Now,
how get I the javaviewer jar deliverd via the repeater? I like to get the jar via port 80 and get the connection via port 443 (external).
Is this scenario possible? Is it a question of right parameters and which then?

Thanks in advance

Got the sam issue. Can connect on the local network via a vpn tunnel but the vpnclient on the target pc blocks everything so my best guess is to use the java applet on port 80 or 8080.
With current applet i did not manage to use another port as 5800, no matter what i fill in in the default settings.
