disable menu

Hello,
I would like to ask you two things.

1. Is there any way to remove the top menu from java viewer (options, clipboard, record etc.)?

2. Is it possible to past username and paaword through the url?

I need to show several remote desktops on one page without authentization.

Any idea will be appreciate.
