Virtual Channels

Post by adischlesinger »

I wonder it there's the possibility to use virtual channels with UltraVNC. What I mean is having an API with which one could implement a pair of applications that can exchange data, one residing on the remote machine (running the UltraVNC Server) and the other on the local machine (running the UltraVNC Viewer). Remote Desktop Connection and Citrix have this feature. Thank you.

I see; well, I might be just one user but I speak for a lot of end-users. Unfortunately I couldn't find an acceptable alternative to what would represent virtual channels...

There should be plenty of documentation with regard to Remote Desktop Services, which implement virtual channels. I suggest a google search for "remote desktop virtual channels".
