Hello Rudi, sfhub, and all others,

At this point, I must offer my sincerest apologies. I have apparently misled myself (and you) into thinking that 1.0.9.2 was still problematic. I am indeed in error and I apologize for handing you a red herring about it.

Something you said gave me an idea, so I double-checked. Every time the viewer crashed, it would make a record of it in the Win7 Action Center, along with the crash details. It never made a minidump or anything (at least that I could find) but the crash details in the Action Center had all the info needed... the Application Version.

In all instances where I thought it was 1.0.9.2 crashing, it was actually 1.0.8.2!! And the crash-details recorded by the Action Center prove it. When I pulled a shortcut to your custom-build and then cut-and-pasted my command-line options into the Target edit-box, the c&p operation also included the full path from the old shortcut - which was pointing to C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\vncviewer.exe - the original 1.0.8.2 file. I was clicking on the new shortcut, but executing the old image.

So... I have retested, extensively, with 1.0.9.2 (and made sure about running the proper image) and I now agree with you and sfhub that there is no problem with 1.0.9.2. Not one viewer-crash with it, and I attempted dozens of times.

Again, I apologize to you, and everyone, for the misdirection, and I commend you and all others here for your responsiveness and speed of replies. Keep up your excellent work!
