i accedently clicked this when i was going between my normal screen and my VPS. after that screen went black... how do i get my VPS back up?

What operating system is your VPS running? It depends on how it interprets Ctrl-Alt-Del. For that matter, what spam and version of VNC server is running on your VPS?
