For a while, when we tried to do a remote control of our application on a Win8 box,it seemed to work for a while, then suddenly we could not click on anything. We frequently put a copy of the InstantSupport.exe on the desktop so user could find it easily or if our application could not launch (corrupted database, etc). Most of the time we shell launch it from within our application. Now we have determined that the problem only occurs if we launch InstantSupport from the desktop and then launch our app. It we launch our app first and then shell launch InstantSupport, we don't have as much problem.
Is there a solution to this problem? It only occurs on Win8.
