Viewer (1.0.8.x & 1.0.9.x) Bug, when connection is rejec

Post by YY »

When a connection is rejected by uvnc server (due to the action of Query On Incoming Connection), the previous viewer will return an error message of "Your connection has been rejected".

With the 1.0.8.x or 1.0.9.x, the viewer in this situation will prompt user for input of password, and then return an error of "authentication rejected". This is obvious not correct and misleading.

with 1.0.9.5.1L NOT fixed and confirmed with securevnc 2.3.0.0
with 1.0.9.5.1L NOT fixed and could vncviewer crash

QuerySetting=4
QueryAccept=0
QueryIfNoLogon=1
LockSetting=0 (or 1 same error)

vncviewer error: (with securevnc)
Insuffient memory to allocate network buffer.

authentication rejected (without dsmplugin)
with query, should be: Connection rejected

vncviewer status: Wrong Password !!!!
not true at all.

LockSetting= ( ) is not well followed
is not syned with option dsmplugin, it ask 2 time vnc password at connection everytime you had changed value LockSetting= and stop/start uvnc_service.
