Remote User Account Login

I am currently using uvnc 1.0.9.6.1 server. and viewer.
The server is installed on Win SBS 2011.

I am currently experiancing an unusual problem.
It seems that if the user account, whichever, (I am testing with an admin and adminService profile,) is logged off, uVNC Viewer cannot log on remotly.

Strangly enough if when the local server is in a logged off state, if I connect via RDP then log off via RDP and try to connect with uvnc viewer I can establish a connection.
I have tried running the service as an alternative user from the admin account to no avail. Each time the machine is logged off locally, I cannot connect uVNC viewer.

If anybody can shead some light on this unusual circumstance I would greatly appriciate it.
