Windows icon and RDP toolbar are disappeared

Hi,I have two problems about UltraVNC 1.0.9.6

The first problem that I have installed UltraVNC on two computers (win7 and win vista) and I use UltraVNC to create a connection from vista to win7.
When I click start menu, I cannot see account icon.

The second problem that I use UltraVNC to create a connection from vista to win7.
On win7, I use Microsoft RDP to connect to another computer,but I cannot see Microsoft RDP toolbar.

Is there a way to solve my problem?
