A remote helpdesk software.
It can connect directly by ip
It can pass through some NAT routers, if you have internet host to run NAT server.exe :)

Test Version

"NAT server.exe" UDP Ports(5423,5323)
"RUDClient.exe" UDP Port(5333)
"RUDServer.exe" UDP Port(5433)

On server side,you must run reg.bat first

[Moderator replaced spam from this user by the following note:}

PHPHelpDesk.org / PHPKode is a forum SPAMMER. Also a "sock puppet" for another user here, simy202.

No matter what help desk solution you choose, make sure you do NOT patronize spammers such as PHPHelpDesk.org. (This is not to be confused with the legitimate open source project of the same name hosted at Sourceforge.) There are far better free and open source solutions, and no reason to pay money to vermin.

OTRS.org is a very popular and completely free open source ticketing system. Just about every popular Content Management System (Drupal, Joomla, WordPress, etc.) has perfectly fine Help Desk plugins available, most of them free (in both senses of the word).

One list of alternatives is at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison ... ng_systems
