vnc connected but showing only blue\black screen

I have 7 remote computers, all under there own VPN
on each remote computer. 1.2.2.1 as a server is installed and also on my machine 1.2.2.1 is installed as a client
I have changed nothing on the server's options (besides the password).
And after i have established my connection i viewing only blue/black/gray screen

P.s
each "server" is connected to the internet via cellular

No changes at all
in best case(happens rarely) im getting a connection for 30 seconds(at most)

Could you please turn on debug logging in admin properties on the Server. Try a Connection again and publish the log here?
Please edit the log first so that no IP/Computer, names are present, thanks.
