Hi All, im going to implement VNC repeater Mode 2. The server will sit on the DMZ. But now, im trying to test VNC Repeater in PC for testing.
I can connect the server to repeater but my problem is i cant connect the viewer. the it stuck in Negotiate protocol version.

I had the same problem.
Check the following:
Check if you specify the correct port where repeater is listening for viewer connections (5900 or 5901)
Be sure to enter the ID prefixed by the literal "ID:" in the viewer. If you only enter the ID without that prefix it does not work. For the server connection it works without prefix.
I have no idea what should be the reason for this. IMHO this is very confusing.
