There seems to be an issue if you install the mirror driver at the same time you install uvnc.
Workaround: Install the server and viewer being sure to check that is cleans out old versions and if possible install as a service..
Once that is done go back and install the mirror driver or the repeater..
I had this happen and now i just had another user confirm...
