Failure to connect to Server

Hello,

Setting up a new PC and I downloaded the newest version of VNC and tried connecting but I keep getting "Failed to connect to server" error message. I've made sure that my firewalls are down, same network and everything. I have another PC that also has VNC on it and I made sure both PC's have the same settings but my new one still cannot connect.

Any help?
