I downloaded and executed FlatFeet.exe, but no website whatsoever!

Please be so specific as much as possible.

I ran FlatFeet.exe and it only shows a folder and do nothing

Read the Readme file included. The website GENERATES the SC distributable w/ a custom config per session.

It's really more than just adding flatfeet.exe to your SC.exe..
