OSX viewer to Windows server

Hello...

I'm sorry to have to display my ignorance like this, but I need to know if it's possible for an OSX VNC viewer to connect to a Win2k/XP VNC server.

Would both ends be UltraVNC or would the OSX viewer be something else.

Apologies if this is a dumb question.

Ultravnc is back compatible
Osx viewer is normal gonna work, but the special ultravnc stuff
require a ultravnc server and viewer.
No filetansfer, chat or other special stuff....
But a normal connection should work..
