Create SC with id requirement to connect to a tech

Please direct me in the proper direction if this question has been beaten to death. but here it goes.

Is it possible to create a SC package that does the following things.

When a user comes to the screen to select a Tech is it possible to have it ask for some sort of password/auth code that can be provided by the person that they are trying to connect to? If this is possible can someone maybe supply a example helpdesk.txt? Like i said i apologize if this is the 30th time this has been asked i just can't seem to find any similar request or solutions in the forums.

Well Which version of SC are you looking at?

The SCIII would seem like the best choice you might want to use the direct option.

you could create a different .exe for multiple connections.
