Auto assign -id with SC and Repeater

I want to know if any one has created a mod like this:

Instead of hardcoding the -id into the SC file prompt the client to enter the -id as soon as the application loads. Similar to "Manual SC" but you still have your information combined with the IP and port information for the Repeater.

It would also be nice if the Viewer would launc the app first to connect to the repeater and be assigned a random -id number. Then the support person could instruct the client to enter the number on their side.

Just an idea.
