I think it`s the same utilization, isn`t it ?

PCHW has out-of-the-box encryption, SC has not. If you use SC III via UVNC Repeater, you can get encryption via SSL.
Also, SC has forked into SC, RC23 based SC II, 1.0 based SC II and SC III rather than being one single program with different config options, which implies that PCHW is a healthier project.
