After more 1 000 000 (one million) views on forum for 1.5.0.x development versions... and 1.6.1.0, 1.6.3.0-dev versions A new stable version, UltraVNC 1.6.4.0 and UltraVNC SC 1.6.4.0 have been released: https://forum.uvnc.com/viewtopic.php?t=38095 Feedback is welcome
I have been playing with uvnc102, sc, scII, SCIII, Helpware, most of the different versions and posts and updates trying find some way to do the remote support thingie. The HelpWare interface is the easiest for me to understand and use and have been able to make a direct connection on my lan. At least this is some progress for me over the other flavors of VNC. However, before I proceed to WAN I need to figure out why the viewer screen is wacky. I know what a mirror/loop looks like but this seems different. Can one of you smart guys help this newbie out? Can't figure out how to paste the screen shot here so here is a link to it. Thanks http://users.wildblue.net/everstat/

Yep, did all that and got it to connect my 2 LAN computers but get many many of the Info panels from the server side in the viewer window. They are not cascaded like a mirror. They pop on and off and move all over the screen. 30 or more of them visable at any one second but constantly disapearing and reapearing in another location. I don't know what happened with the link i sent you to but I just tried to fix it so if you wouldn't mind looking at it again I'd appreciate your feed back. Thanks, Randy http://users.wildblue.net/everstat/
try refreshing the screen and installing the mirror driver that is included in the pchelpware folder. This driver only works on windows 2000 and above windows 9X does not have support..
Looks like it is not refreshing the screen properly..
