Not a valid Win32 App for some users of the server

Post by molson »

Currently using PcHelpWare with no problems for most users. About one in 20 get the error message that "This is not a valid win32 app'. Can anyone enlighten me as to the cause?

Not sure how your users access the server app, but it may be corruption. If you haven't already been down this route, get them to download it and try again.

Does it always affect the same user, or is it random?

It happens to the same users. I have them down load again and I send them a zip which has the same issues?? It's very odd since it works so very well everywhere else. I was wondering if there's some windows security issue that's blocking access??
