trouble customizing

hi all ive spent numerous hours on the sc to work with encryption and i finally got it to work thanks to helpful suggestions by redge(i think thats it)
Anyway im starting to customize it to fit my needs and well i have the icons and ive uploaded it to the website the whole zip file that is with two newly created icons same size and same name but when i download the custom.exe it still shows the vnc icon . can someone help me here. in the meantime i will customize a logo.

i tried but didnt work im using vnc and single click. i tried to replace it but it wont work. i thought when i uploaded it then it would like change th e icon when i download custom.exe
